കളേഴ്സ് ടിവി ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ പൊതു വിനോദ പേ ടെലിവിഷൻ ചാനലാണ്. വയാകോം18-ഉം ഡിസ്നി ഇന്ത്യയും തമ്മിലുള്ള സംയുക്ത സംരംഭമായ ജിയോസ്റ്റാറിന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലാണിത്. ഇതിന്റെ പരിപാടികളിൽ കുടുംബ പരമ്പരകൾ, കോമഡികൾ, ഫാന്റസി ഷോകൾ, യുവജനങ്ങളെ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ള റിയാലിറ്റി ഷോകൾ, ക്രൈം ഷോകൾ, ടെലിവിഷൻ സിനിമകൾ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.[1]

2008 ജൂലൈ 21-ന് വയാകോം18 സിഇഒ രാജേഷ് കാമത്തിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് ഇത് ആരംഭിച്ചത്.[2] 2011 ഏപ്രിലിൽ, സിഎ മീഡിയയിൽ ചേരാനായി രാജേഷ് കാമത്ത് സ്ഥാനമൊഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ, രാജ് നായക്കിനെ പുതിയ സിഇഒ ആയി നിയമിച്ചു.[3]

വർഷങ്ങളായി, നാ ആനാ ഈസ് ദേസ് ലാഡോ, സസുരാൽ സിമർ കാ, ബാലിക വധു, ഉത്തരാൻ, മധുബാല – ഏക് ഇഷ്ക് ഏക് ജുനൂൻ, ബിഗ് ബോസ്, ഫിയർ ഫാക്ടർ: ഖത്‌രോം കേ ഖിലാഡി, ബനി ഇഷ്ക് ദാ കൽമ, ഉഡാൻ, നാഗിൻ, ചക്രവർത്തിൻ അശോക സമ്രാട്ട് തുടങ്ങിയ പരമ്പരകൾ, ഒരു ദശാബ്ദക്കാലം വിപണിയിൽ മുൻപന്തിയിലായിരുന്ന സ്റ്റാർ പ്ലസിനെ പ്രതിവാര ഗ്രോസ് റേറ്റിംഗ് പോയിന്റുകളിൽ (ജിആർപി) മറികടക്കാൻ ചാനലിനെ സഹായിച്ചു.[4][5]

2010 ജനുവരി 21-ന്, കളേഴ്സ് യുണൈറ്റഡ് സ്റ്റേറ്റ്സ്, കാനഡ, മെക്സിക്കോ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ ഡിഷ് നെറ്റ്‌വർക്കിൽ ലഭ്യമായി. അവിടെ ഇത് ആപ്കാ കളേഴ്സ് (നിങ്ങളുടെ കളേഴ്സ്) എന്ന പേരിലാണ് അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്. എല്ലാ ഷോകൾക്കും ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് സബ്ടൈറ്റിലുകൾ നൽകുകയും, ഇപ്പോൾ പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമായ കളേഴ്സ് ടിവിയുമായുള്ള ആശയക്കുഴപ്പം ഒഴിവാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.[6][7] യുണൈറ്റഡ് കിംഗ്ഡം, യുഎസ്എ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ ലോഞ്ചിനായി അമിതാഭ് ബച്ചൻ ബ്രാൻഡ് അംബാസഡറായിരുന്നു.[8] 2010 ജനുവരി 25-ന് കളേഴ്സ് യുകെയിലും അയർലൻഡിലും സ്കൈ-യിൽ സംപ്രേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചു.[9][10] 2009 ഡിസംബർ 9-ന്, 9XM-ന്റെ സ്കൈ ഇപിജി സ്ലോട്ട് ചാനൽ 829-ൽ കളേഴ്സ് വാങ്ങിയതായി ഐഎൻഎക്സ് മീഡിയ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു. 2010 ജനുവരി 5-ന് കളേഴ്സ് വ്യൂഏഷ്യ സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷൻ പാക്കേജിൽ ചേരാനുള്ള ഒരു കരാർ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു.[11][12] തുടക്കത്തിൽ ചാനൽ സൗജന്യമായി ലഭ്യമായിരുന്നു, തുടർന്ന് 2010 ഏപ്രിൽ 19-ന് വ്യൂഏഷ്യ പാക്കേജിലേക്ക് ചേർത്തു.[13] 2011 ഏപ്രിൽ 1-ന് ഏഷ്യൻ മേള പാക്കിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി കളേഴ്സ് വിർജിൻ മീഡിയയിൽ ചേർത്തു.[14] 2013 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 2-ന്, കളേഴ്സ് വ്യൂഏഷ്യ പാക്കേജ് ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് വീണ്ടും സാറ്റലൈറ്റിൽ സൗജന്യമായി ലഭ്യമായി, അതോടൊപ്പം വിർജിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന പാക്കേജിലേക്കും മാറി.[15] 2017 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 18-ന്, ഈ തീരുമാനം പിന്നീട് പിൻവലിക്കുകയും, കളേഴ്സ് ഫ്രീവ്യൂ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് വീണ്ടും ഒരു പേ ചാനലായി മാറുകയും ചെയ്തു.[16][17][18][19]

ഗോൾഡൻ പെറ്റൽ അവാർഡ്സ് എന്നത് കളേഴ്സ് ടിവിക്ക് സംഭാവന നൽകിയ വ്യക്തികളെ ആദരിക്കുന്നതിനും അവർക്ക് പുരസ്കാരങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ഒരു അവാർഡ് ദാന ചടങ്ങാണ്. ഇത് ചാനലിൽ തന്നെ സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.[20][21]

ഹംസഫർ പോലുള്ള പാകിസ്ഥാൻ ചാനലുകളിലെ പരിപാടികൾ സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.[22] രിഷ്തേ മറ്റ് പല ചാനലുകളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പരമ്പരകളും പുനഃസംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്.[23] ഈ ചാനൽ സ്വന്തമായും പരിപാടികൾ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നു. ബിബിസി മീഡിയ ആക്ഷൻ നിർമ്മിച്ച നവരംഗി രേ! ആണ് ചാനലിന്റെ ആദ്യത്തെ സ്വന്തം പരിപാടി.[24] 2016-ൽ, വയാകോം18 (ഇപ്പോൾ ജിയോസ്റ്റാർ, വയാകോം18-ഉം ഡിസ്നി ഇന്ത്യയും തമ്മിലുള്ള സംയുക്ത സംരംഭം) കളേഴ്സ് രിഷ്തേ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ "നിക്ക് അവർ ഇന്ത്യ" എന്ന പേരിൽ ഒരു നിക്കലോഡിയൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിംഗ് ബ്ലോക്ക് ആരംഭിച്ചു.[25] 2019 മാർച്ച് 1-ന്, ചാനൽ കളേഴ്സ് രിഷ്തേ എന്ന് പുനർനാമകരണം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു.[26]
