റൂബിയേസീ(കാപ്പി കുടുംബം) യിലെ ഒരു സപുഷ്പി സസ്യജനുസ്സാണ് ഓഫിയോറൈസ (Ophiorrhiza).[2][3] ഈ ജനുസിലെ സ്പീഷീസുകളിൽ camptothecin എന്ന കീമോതെറാപ്യൂട്ടിക് മരുന്നുകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ആൽക്കലോയ്ഡ് അടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു. പല സ്പീഷീസുകളും പശ്ചിമഘട്ടത്തിലെ പ്രത്യേക മേഖലകളിൽ തദ്ദേശീയരാണ്.
