2013-ഇൽ വാഷിങ്ടണിൽ സാറാഹൈദറും മുഹമ്മദ് സയ്ദും ചേർന്നും ടൊറന്റോയിൽ സദർ അലിയും നാസ് ഇഷ്മെയിലും ചേർന്നുമാണ് ഈ സംഘടന സ്ഥാപിച്ചത്.ഇസ്ലാം മതമുപേക്ഷിച്ചവർക്കു മാത്രമായി ആദ്യമായി സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സംഘടനയാണിതെന്ന് ഇതിന്റെ സ്ഥാപകർ ആവകാശപ്പെടുന്നു.[8][9][10][11]
