ഉലുഖാഖ്‌ടുവൂപ് Ulukhaktok (traditional spelling Ulukhaqtuuq[ഉച്ചാരണം?] and known until 1 April 2006 as Holman) കാനഡയുടെ വടക്കുപടിഞ്ഞാറൻ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ ഇനുവിക്ക് മേഖലയിലെ വിക്ടോറിയ ദ്വീപിലെ പടിഞ്ഞാറൻ തീരത്തുള്ള ഒരു ചെറിയ ഗ്രാമമാണ്.
ഈ പ്രദേശത്തെ മറ്റു പരമ്പരാഗതമായ വംശങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ, വേട്ടയാടൽ, കെണിവച്ചു പിടിക്കൽ, മത്സ്യബന്ധനം എന്നിവയാണ് ഇവിടത്തെ ജനതയുടെയും പ്രധാന തൊഴിൽ. എന്നാൽ, പ്രിന്റ് ചെയ്തു നൽകൽ ഒരു പ്രധാന വരുമാന മാർഗ്ഗമായി ഇവിടങ്ങളിൽ മാറിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

1937ൽ നാട്കുസിയാക്കും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കുടുമ്പവുമാണിവിടെ ആദ്യമായി താമസംതുടങ്ങിയത്. രണ്ടു വർഷത്തിനുശേഷം ഹഡ്സൺ ബേ കമ്പനി ഇവിടം വിട്ടു. അന്നാണ് റോമൻ കാത്തലിക് സഭ ഒരു മിഷൻ സംരംഭം തുടങ്ങിയത്.
The English name, Holman, was in honour of J.R. Holman, a member of Sir Edward Augustus Inglefield's 1853 expedition in search for the Arctic explorer, John Franklin.[7] The community was sometimes known as Holman Island. This, however, is the name of the small island outcrop to the east-southeast in the Amundsen Gulf.
