തെറ്റിധരിക്കില്ലെങ്കിൽ...... വിക്കിപീഡിയ എന്നത് വിജ്ഞാനകോശമാണ്. അവിടെ എഞ്ചിനീയരിങ് എന്ന പഠനശാഖയെ ക്കുറിച്ച് ലേഖനം ആകാം എന്നാൽ എഞ്ചിനീയർ എന്ന ജോലിയെക്കുറിച്ച് ആവശ്യമുണ്ടോ? യുക്തിസഹമായി തിരുത്തുക. അതുപോലെ മണ്ണമ്പേട്ട, പോലുള്ള സ്ഥലങ്ങളെ ക്കുറിച്ച് കുറച്ച് കൂടി വിവരങ്ങൾ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ സഹിതം ചേർത്ത് വലുതാക്കിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒറ്റവരി ലേഖനമായിപ്പോകും ഉദാഹരണത്തിനു കല്ലുമല, കാണൂക--ദിനേശ് വെള്ളക്കാട്ട്:സംവാദം 12:39, 26 ഫെബ്രുവരി 2018 (UTC)
- @ദിനേശ് വെള്ളക്കാട്ട്, അഭിപ്രായത്തെ മാനിക്കുന്നു. സിവിൽ എൻജിനീയർ പോലുള്ള ജോലിയെക്കുറിച്ചുളള/(പ്രൊഫഷൻ യോഗ്യതകളും) ലേഖനങ്ങൾ കാണാൻ ഇടയായി. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയർ എന്ന ലേഖനം എഴുതാൻ കാരണമായത്‌. ലേഖനം വിക്കിയിൽ നിന് നീക്കം ചെയ്യുനത്തിന് സന്നദ്ധത അറിയിക്കുന്നു. കേരളത്തിലെ (നിലവിൽ തൃശ്ശൂർ-എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിലെ) ഗ്രാമങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം വിക്കിയിൽ ചേർക്കുന്നതിന്ടെ ഭാഗമായി ആരംഭിച്ച ലേഖനമാണ് മണ്ണംപേട്ട. വിവരങ്ങൾളും ചിത്രങ്ങൾളും എത്രയും വേഗം ചേർക്കാൻ പരിശ്രമിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നന്ദി-Jinoytommanjaly (സംവാദം) 22:15, 26 ഫെബ്രുവരി 2018 (UTC)
സ്വതേ റോന്തുചുറ്റുന്നവർ[തിരുത്തുക]
നമസ്കാരം ജിനോയ്, താങ്കൾ മലയാളം വിക്കിപീഡിയയിലെ ഒരു വിശ്വസ്ത ഉപയോക്താവെന്നതു കൊണ്ടും ധാരാളം പുതിയ ലേഖനങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയതുകൊണ്ടും താങ്കൾക്ക് മലയാളം വിക്കിപീഡിയയിൽ സ്വതേ റോന്തുചുറ്റുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ അവകാശം മൂലം താങ്കൾക്ക് വിക്കിപീഡിയയിൽ യാതൊരു മാറ്റവും അനുഭവപ്പെടില്ല. എന്നാൽ ഇതു മൂലം, പുതിയ ലേഖനങ്ങൾ റോന്തു ചുറ്റുന്നവരുടെ ജോലി എളുപ്പമാകുന്നു.

വർഗ്ഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് ദയവുചെയ്ത് വിക്കിപീഡിയ:വിക്കിപദ്ധതി/വർഗ്ഗം താൾ കാണുക, മാതൃവർഗ്ഗവും ഉപവർഗ്ഗവും ഒരു താളിൽ ആവശ്യമില്ല. ഉദാ : 'പറവ (ചലച്ചിത്രം) ഇവിടെ താങ്കൾ രണ്ട് വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ ചേർത്തതായി കണ്ടു വർഗ്ഗം:ഇന്ത്യൻ ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങൾ,മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങൾ. ഇതിൽ മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങൾ എന്നത് ഇന്ത്യൻ ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളുടെ ഉപവർഗ്ഗമാണ്. -- KG (കിരൺ) 19:33, 6 മാർച്ച് 2018 (UTC)

ഇന്ത്യയിലെ നൂറു രൂപയുടെ നോട്ട്[തിരുത്തുക]
താങ്കൾ എഴുതിയത് ശരിയാണ്. ഈ ലേഖനങ്ങൾ പരസ്പരം ചേർത്താൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു. പരിഭാഷ നടത്തുമ്പോൾ പലപ്പോഴും ഇതു സംഭവിക്കാറുണ്ട്. കൂടുതൽ വിപുലമാക്കാൻ എഡിറ്റു ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴാണിതു പറ്റുന്നത്. ആദ്യമായി ചേർത്ത വിവരങ്ങൾക്കുശേഷം സേവ് ചെയ്തുകഴിഞ്ഞ് വീണ്ടും എടുത്താൽ പുതിയ തലക്കെട്ടു നലകണം എന്ന നിർദ്ദേശമാണു വരുന്നത്. അതിനാൽ നേരിട്ട് എഡിറ്റു ചെയ്യാനാകുന്നില്ല. മാത്രമല്ല, എഡിറ്റു രണ്ടാമത് ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞശെഷം സേവ് ചെയ്താൽ രണ്ടാമതു ചേർത്ത വിവരങ്ങൾ കാണാനാകുന്നില്ല. അതു നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ പേരു മാറ്റുകയെ മാർഗ്ഗമുള്ളു. ഇതിനു പോംവഴി അറിയിച്ചാൽ ഉപകാരമായിരുന്നു. രാംജെചന്ദ്രൻ (സംവാദം) 18:33, 8 മാർച്ച് 2018 (UTC)

സേവ് ചെയ്ത ലേഖനത്തിനാണ് എഡിറ്റ് എന്ന സൗകര്യം പരിഭാഷകളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നതായി കാണുന്നത്. സമയക്കുറവുമൂലം പരിഭാഷ അപൂർണ്ണമായ ഒരു ലേഖനം വീണ്ടും പരിഭാഷപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ ഇതു സംഭവിക്കുന്നു. ഇത് പരിഭാഷാ സൗകര്യത്തിന്റെ ഒരു ദോഷമായി ഞാൻ കരുതുന്നു. കാരണം, വെറുതെ എഡിറ്റു ചെയ്യുന്നതിലും പരിഭാഷാസൗകര്യം ഉപയൊഗിച്ച് എഡിറ്റു ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് എളുപ്പം. രണ്ടാമത് പരിഭാഷപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ പുതിയ തലക്കെട്ടു നൽകണം എന്ന അവസ്ഥ മാറ്റണം. ഈ ഗാഡ്ജറ്റിൽ അതിനുള്ള മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ കഴിവുള്ളവർ സഹായിക്കണം. ഈ കേസിൽ രണ്ടാമത്തെ ലേഖനം ആണു നിലനിർത്തേണ്ടത്. അതാണ് പൂർണ്ണതയുള്ള ലേഖനം. രാംജെചന്ദ്രൻ (സംവാദം) 18:21, 9 മാർച്ച് 2018 (UTC)
- @Ramjchandran:, ഒരു വട്ടം സേവ് ചെയ്ത പരിഭാഷ അപൂർണ്ണമായ ഒരു ലേഖനം വീണ്ടും പരിഭാഷപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ, പേര് മാറ്റേണ്ട ആവശ്യം ഇല്യ. പരിഭാഷപെടുത്തിയ ശേഷം publish ബട്ടൺ അമർത്തുക. അപ്പോൾ, ഈ പേരിൽ വേറെ ഒരു താൾ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് ഒരു പോപ്പ് അപ് കാണും. അതിൽ publish anyway അമർത്തിയാൽ ആദ്യം കൊടുത്ത പേരിൽ തന്നെ സേവ് ആവും (replace)..(ഒരു കാര്യം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം, വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും/നമ്മൾ തന്നെയോ ഈ ലേഖനം പരിഭാഷ താൾ വഴി അല്ലാതെ എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ ആ തിരുത്തലുകൾ പരിഭാഷ താളിൽ വരുകയില്യ. അതിനാൽ നമ്മൾ വീണ്ടും സേവ് ചെയ്യുബോൾ ആ തിരുത്തലുകൾ മാഞ്ഞുപോകും).ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് ടെക്നോളജി- ഈ ലേഖനം ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ രണ്ടാമത് പരിഭാഷ നടത്തി നോക്കി. ഇതിന്റെ നാൾവഴി നോക്കിയാൽ മനസിലാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും എന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന.-ജിനോയ് ടോം ജേക്കബ് (സംവാദം) 19:52, 9 മാർച്ച് 2018 (UTC)

We are excited to announce that submission for session proposals has been opened for Wikimedia Wikimeet India 2021, the upcoming online wiki-event which is to be conducted from 19 – 21 February 2021 during the occasion of International Mother Language Day. The submission will remain open until 24 January 2021.

A program team has been formed recently from highly experienced Wikimedia volunteers within and outside India. It is currently under the process of expansion to include more diversity in the team. [Small wiki toolkits] Workshop on "Debugging/fixing template errors" - 27 March 2021 (Saturday)[തിരുത്തുക]

As part of the Small wiki toolkits (South Asia) initiative, we would like to inform you about the third workshop of this year on “Designing responsive main pages”. During this workshop, we will learn to design the main page of a wiki to be responsive. This will allow the pages to be mobile-friendly, by adjusting the width and the height according to various screen sizes. Participants are expected to have a good understanding of Wikitext/markup and optionally basic CSS.
Details of the workshop are as follows:

As you may already know, the 2021 Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees elections are from 4 August 2021 to 17 August 2021. Members of the Wikimedia community have the opportunity to elect four candidates to a three-year term. After a three-week-long Call for Candidates, there are 20 candidates for the 2021 election.
An event for community members to know and interact with the candidates is being organized. During the event, the candidates will briefly introduce themselves and then answer questions from community members. The event details are as follows:
- Date: 31 July 2021 (Saturday)
- Timings: check in your local time
- Bangladesh: 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm
- India & Sri Lanka: 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- Nepal: 4:15 pm to 6:45 pm

It's time to update you regarding Wikimedia Wikimeet India 2022, the second iteration of Wikimedia Wikimeet India which is going to be conducted in February. Please note the dates 18 to 20 February 2022 of the event. The submissions has opened from 23 December until 23 January 2022. You can propose your session here. We want a few proposals from Indian communities or Wikimedians. For more updates and how you can get involved in the same, please read the second newsletter

Indic Hackathon | 20-22 May 2022 + Scholarships[തിരുത്തുക]

We are happy to announce that the Indic MediaWiki Developers User Group will be organizing Indic Hackathon 2022, a regional event as part of the main Wikimedia Hackathon taking place in a hybrid mode during 20-22 May. The regional event will be an in-person event taking place in Hyderabad.
As it is with any hackathon, the event’s program will be semi-structured i.e. while we will have some sessions in sync with the main hackathon event, the rest of the time will be upto participants’ interest on what issues they are interested to work on. We have full scholarships available to enable you to participate in the event, which covers travel, accommodation, food and other related expenses. The link to scholarships application form is available on the event page. The deadline is 23:59 hrs 17 April 2022.

പ്രിയ Gnoeee, വിക്കികോൺഫറൻസ് കേരള 2023 പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാനായി താങ്കളെ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. മലയാളം വിക്കിപീഡിയയുടെ ഇരുപത്തൊന്നാം ജന്മദിനാഘോഷം 2023 ഡിസംബർ 23 ന് തൃശ്ശൂർ സെന്റ്.തോമസ്സ് കോളേജിൽ വച്ച് വിക്കികോൺഫറൻസ് കേരള 2023 ന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ്. മലയാളം വിക്കിപീഡിയയുടെയും അനുബന്ധപദ്ധതികളുടേയും പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും അവലോകനവും പിറന്നാളാഘോഷവുമാണ് പ്രധാന അജണ്ട. കൂടാതെ സ്വതന്ത്രസോഫ്റ്റ്വയർ, മലയാളം കമ്പ്യൂട്ടിങ്ങ്, ഓപ്പൺ ഡാറ്റ, ഓപ്പൺസ്ട്രീറ്റ്മാപ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയ മേഖലകളിൽ വിക്കിപീഡിയയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടുള്ള പ്രൊജക്റ്റുകളുടെ അവതരണങ്ങളുമുണ്ടാകും.

ഉപയോക്താവ്:GnoeeeBot ബോട്ട് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ നിന്നും യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ പരീക്ഷണ തിരുത്തലുകൾ അല്ലെ നടത്തേണ്ടത്? നിലവിൽ 85 തിരുത്തലുകൾ ബോട്ട് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ നിന്നും നടന്നതായി ശ്രദ്ധയിൽപെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ബോട്ട് ഫ്ലാഗ് ലഭിച്ച ശേഷം ഇനിയുള്ള തിരുത്തലുകൾ നടത്തുന്നതാവും ഉചിതമെന്ന് തോനുന്നു.
