അലാമോസ നദി അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ കൊളറാഡോ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ തെക്ക് ഭാഗത്തുകൂടി ഒഴുകുന്ന ഒരു നദിയാണ്. ഏകദേശം 64 മൈൽ (103 കിലോമീറ്റർ)[2] നീളമുള്ള ഇത് സാൻ ലൂയിസ് താഴ്വരയിലൂടെ ഏകദേശം കിഴക്കോട്ട് തിരിഞ്ഞ് ഒഴുകുന്നു. നദിയുടെ നീർത്തടം ഏകദേശം 148 ചതുരശ്ര മൈൽ (380 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്റർ) ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.
