അനുരാധ ഖാണ്ടി (ജീവിതകാലം: 28 മാർച്ച് 1954 - 2008 ഏപ്രിൽ 12) ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്, എഴുത്തുകാരി, വിപ്ലവ നേതാവ് എന്നീ നിലകളിൽ പ്രശസ്തയായ വനിതയായിരുന്നു. നിരോധിക്കപ്പെട്ട കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യ (മാവോയിസ്റ്റ്) അംഗമായിരുന്നു അവർ.[1] കൂടുതലും ആശയ പ്രചാരണത്തിൽ ഏർപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന അവര് സി.പി.ഐയുടെ നഗരപ്രദേശങ്ങളിലേയ്ക്കുള്ള സായുധകലാപങ്ങളിലും പങ്കാളിയായിരുന്നു.[2] മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടി ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ (മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ്-ലെനിനിസ്റ്റ്) സ്ഥാപകാംഗങ്ങളിൽ ഒരാളായിരുന്നു അവർ.[3]
മാർക്സിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്ഥാനം തയ്യാറാക്കിയ നയ പ്രബന്ധങ്ങളിൽ ജാതി, 'ഫെമിനിസവും മാർക്സിസവും' തുടങ്ങിയ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ അനുരാധ ഗണ്യമായ സംഭാവന നൽകിയിരുന്നു.
