അരുണാചൽ പ്രദേശ്, കേരളം, മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര, മേഘാലയ, പശ്ചിമ ബംഗാൾ എന്നീ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഇവയെ കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജനുവരി-മേയ് , ജൂലൈ മാസങ്ങളിലാണ് ഇവയെ കാണാറുള്ളത് .[9]
ഊർപ്പണം ചെടിയാണ് ഇതിന്റെ ലാർവാ ഭക്ഷ്യ സസ്യം [9]
