ഇന്ത്യയും ചൈനയും തമ്മിൽ 1962 ൽ[1] നടന്ന അതിർത്തി തർക്കത്തെ തുടർന്നുള്ള യുദ്ധമാണ് ഇന്ത്യ-ചൈന യുദ്ധം(Hindi: भारत-चीन युद्ध Bhārat-Chīn Yuddh)(simplified Chinese: 中印边境战争; traditional Chinese: 中印邊境戰爭; pinyin: Zhōng-Yìn Biānjìng Zhànzhēng).ഹിമാലയൻ അതിർത്തി തർക്കമാണ് ഈ യുദ്ധത്തിന് പ്രധാന കാരണം.ഇന്ത്യ ദലൈലാമക്ക് അഭയം നൽകിയതും യുദ്ധത്തിന് കാരണമായി പറയപ്പെടുന്നു.

1962 ഒക്ടോബർ 20- ന് തുടങ്ങിയ യുദ്ധം നവംബർ 21ന് ചൈന വെടിനിർത്തൽ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചതോടെ അവസാനിച്ചു. അതിനോടൊപ്പം ചൈന തർക്കപ്രദേശത്ത് നടത്തിയ മുന്നേറ്റത്തിൽ നിന്നും പിന്മാറാനും തയ്യാറായി.
