റെഡ്ഹാറ്റ് എന്റർപ്രൈസ് ലിനക്സ് പണം കൊടുത്തുള്ള ഒരു സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷൻ വഴിയാണ് ലഭ്യമാകുന്നത്. വിവിധ തരത്തിൽ സാങ്കേതിക സഹായം ഉപയോക്താക്കൾക്ക് റെഡ്ഹാറ്റ് ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന. സെന്റ് ഒഎസ് ഡെവലപ്പഴേസ് റെഡ്ഹാറ്റ് എന്റർപ്രൈസ് ലിനക്സിന്റെ സോഴ്സ് കോഡ് ആണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതു മൂലം റെഡ്ഹാറ്റ് എന്റർപ്രൈസ് ലിനക്സിനോട് നല്ല സാമ്യം കാണാവുന്നതാണ്. സെന്റ് ഒഎസ് സൌജന്യമായി ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സാങ്കേതിക സഹായം ലഭ്യമാകുന്നത് സെന്റ് ഒഎസ് കൂട്ടായ്മ വഴിയാണ്.
