ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ യുവജന പോഷക സംഘടനയാണ് ഐ.വൈ.സി. എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഇന്ത്യൻ യൂത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസ്. 1960-ൽ ഇന്ദിര ഗാന്ധിയാണ് യുവജന സംഘടനയായ യൂത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസ് രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ പ്രമുഖമായ പങ്ക് വഹിച്ചത്. രൂപികരണ സമയത്ത് ആദ്യമായി പ്രസിഡൻ്റായത് പ്രിയ രഞ്ജൻ ദാസ് മുൻഷിയാണ്. എൻ.ഡി.തിവാരിയാണ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ആദ്യ അഖിലേന്ത്യ പ്രസിഡൻ്റ്. നിലവിൽ ശ്രീനിവാസ് ബി.വി. ആണ് യൂത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ അഖിലേന്ത്യ പ്രസിഡൻറ്. രാഹുൽ മാങ്കുട്ടത്തിലാണ് യൂത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ നിലവിലെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന പ്രസിഡൻറ്.
