മോഷണം അഥവാ കളവ് ഒരു ക്രിമിനൽ കുറ്റമാണ്. സ്വന്തം ഉടമസ്ഥതതയിലല്ലാത്ത അന്യന്റെ പണമോ വസ്തുവകകളോ അയാളുടെ സമ്മതമോ അനുവാദമോ ഇല്ലാതെ അപഹരിക്കുന്നതാണ് മോഷണം. മോഷണം നടത്തിയ ആളെ മോഷ്ടാവ് എന്നോ കള്ളൻ എന്നോ വിളിക്കുന്നു.
