ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് രാജ്യകാലത്തെ ഒരു പ്രധാന ആര്ക്കിടെക്ട് ആയിരുന്നു സര്. എഡ്വിന് ലാന്ഡ്സീയര് ലൂട്ടെന്സ്. (29 March 1869 – 1 January 1944). 20 ആം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിലെ ഒരു മികച്ച ആര്ക്കിടെക്ടായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു ഇദ്ദേഹം. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പുതിയ ബ്രിട്ടിഷിന്റെ രൂപകല്പകനായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ തലസ്ഥാന നഗരിയായ ന്യു ഡെല്ഹി രൂപകല്പ്പന ചെയ്തത് ഇദ്ദേഹമാണ്.
